SPA INFORMATION
SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes. Please approach the Spa reception or contact us at least one day earlier to confirm the session.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy the facilities available at the Spa.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Arriving late will reduce the time of your session, thus reducing its effectiveness. The session will end on time, as there are already guests waiting for the next session.
WHAT IF I DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE TREATMENT?
Guests will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any “No Show”. Unless the reservation is cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
WHAT ABOUT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
For your security, please place all your belongings into the boxes provided, upon arrival. The Spa will not be held responsible for any belongings lost within the vicinity.
WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS OR IF I’M PREGNANT?
Do inform our Spa Consultants of any health conditions when you make your booking or upon arrival. Guests who are pregnant are advised to notify us as certain precautions have to be practiced. Please be advised that massages are not recommended for women in the early stages of pregnancy (up to 4 months).
